This sample was prepared for a plot in Shahapur Taluka, Thane District.

You drop a pin on Google Maps. We run it against Forest Department records and local biodiversity data using AI — and give you a personalised list of what to plant on your specific plot:
- Trees & shrubs native to your area
- Grasses & ground cover that suit your soil
- Medicinal plants documented in your region
- Fruit trees that actually thrive locally
Everything is based on Maharashtra Forest Department data and Google Maps satellite analysis — not generic internet advice. The goal is simple: your farmhouse should feel like it genuinely belongs to the land around it.
What we need from you
- A Google Maps pin for the plot, sent on WhatsApp.
- Roughly how big the plot is and how you plan to use it, if you know.
- Anything you already know about the site, such as slope, water or existing trees.
What the report is, and isn't
The report is a starting list for planning your planting, prepared from your location. It is not a soil test or a site survey, and it does not replace advice for your exact plot.
What grows well also depends on your soil, water, slope and how much care the land will get. Check species with a local nursery or the forest department before you buy at scale. For planning the land and the house together, see our sustainable farmhouse guide and how we design and manage farmhouse projects.
