Homes We've Designed

Every home starts with a story — a family, a plot, a way of life. Here's a look at what we've designed across the Sahyadris.

The Hillside Weekend Home

2 BHK · Steel Weekend Home

Perched in the hills on the outskirts of Pune, this 2 BHK weekend home was designed for one person's escape from city life. Because local norms called for a temporary structure, the house is designed in steel — a lightweight metal design that still delivers a warm, grounded feel among the trees. Compact by intent, it's a quiet retreat meant for two days of stillness before the week begins again.

The Riverside Retreat

4 BHK · Vacation Home

Designed as a vacation home for a retired homeowner, this 4 BHK residence sits with a river running along the back of the plot. It's a house designed for gathering — for grown children and grandchildren to return to, for slow mornings by the water, and for a retirement spent surrounded by family rather than away from it.

Villa by Stream

4 BHK · Steel Airbnb Villa · 10,000 sq ft

An Airbnb villa in Karjat, designed for a compact plot but delivering a generous 10,000 sq. ft. of experience across 4 bedrooms. As a temporary structure, it's designed in steel — a metal design that keeps the build light on the land while still offering guests a striking, memorable stay in one of Maharashtra's favourite weekend getaway towns.

Rooted Farmestate

4 BHK · Elevated Farmland Home

Set on quiet farmland shaped by its own natural contours, this 4 BHK home was designed around the land rather than against it. A working vegetable garden, a fruit orchard, a cow shed, and a natural pool surround the house. Because the plot lies in a flood-possible zone, the structure is elevated — a practical response that also gives the home a commanding view over its own farm.

Family Farmstead

7 BHK · Joint-Family Weekend Home

A sprawling 7 BHK weekend home built for a joint family that needed room for everyone — and then some. Designed as much for hosting as for living, the farmstead comfortably holds large family gatherings and parties, while still offering each branch of the family its own private quarters to retreat to at the end of the night.

The Family Farm Cottage

2 BHK · Farm Cottage

A compact 2 BHK home tucked into farmland, designed for a family that wanted a simple, unhurried place to spend time together. Modest in scale but rich in purpose, it's a house designed around long weekends, shared meals, and time spent outdoors rather than square footage.

Grany's House

Jack-Arch Home · Natural Materials

Designed to be built almost entirely from natural, load-bearing materials with minimal use of concrete, this home uses traditional jack arch construction to create a structure that's as sustainable as it is characterful. Set on contoured land in Murbad, it was designed as a peaceful home for a mother and her grandchildren — a house designed to age well, both structurally and in the life lived inside it.

Villa by Water

Airbnb Villa · Dam View

An Airbnb villa set on naturally contoured land with a dam forming a dramatic backdrop. Designed for guests seeking a scenic, water-facing escape, the villa works with the land's existing slopes rather than levelling them — giving every stay a strong sense of place and a view that changes with the seasons.
